How Backorders Work
With our backorder service, you can pre-order any products and beads you need, even if they are not currently listed in our store. Here’s how it works:
Identify Your Needs: Let us know the name, size, and any other specifications of the beads or products you are looking for.
We Do the Research: Our team will search for the requested items, leveraging our extensive network of suppliers.
Notification: Once we locate the beads or products, we will inform you about their prices and estimated delivery times.
Order Confirmation: You can then decide if you want to proceed with the order based on the information provided.
Note
The glass beads market is dynamic, and occasionally, some beads may no longer be manufactured. If this happens, we will inform you promptly and assist you in finding suitable alternatives.
PRE-ORDER STEPS
1. Ordering
Place an order for the products you need. Once we receive your order, we will begin the restock process. The average waiting time is 2-4 weeks.
Combined Order Options
If you also need to order other products currently in stock, you have three options:
Option One: Immediate Delivery of Stocked Beads
- Place two separate orders if you need the stocked beads immediately and are willing to wait for the backordered beads to arrive later.
- If this affects your available discount code, let us know, and we will allow you to use the code twice.
Option Two: Combined Order with Separate Shipments
- Place one combined order for all items. We will divide your order into two shipments, and you will need to pay for the second postage separately.
- Once the backordered beads arrive, we will send you an invoice for the second postage cost before shipping them. Please let us know your preferred shipping option.
Option Three: Wait for Complete Order Shipment
- If you prefer to wait for the backordered beads to arrive and receive your entire order together (especially for international customers), you will pay just one postage cost.
- By placing your order, you secure the stocked beads, and we will ship everything together once the backordered beads arrive.
2. Processing
When we find the pre-ordered beads in stock at our suppliers, we will order them for you. The typical waiting time is 2-3 weeks.
Availability
- If the pre-ordered beads are not available from any suppliers, we will inform you of the waiting time for the manufacturer to produce them, if the product isn’t discontinued.
- If the product is no longer manufactured, we will offer you a refund or an exchange.
- If you decide not to wait for the manufacturing process, we will refund you.
3. Completing
When the pre-ordered beads arrive at our stock, we will contact you and send them to you the same day, provided the postage is prepaid (Option 1 and Option 3).
For Option Two
- If you placed one combined order, we will send you the invoice for the second postage cost in advance to prevent any further delays in delivery.
